Listley is operated by Riptag LLC ("Riptag", "Listley", "we", "us"), an Arizona limited liability company, and provides tools for Depop sellers. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. By creating an account or using Listley you agree to this policy and our use of cookies. This policy works alongside our Terms of Service and Data & Cookie Policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account info — your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile photo.
• Subscription & billing — your plan, status and payment records, processed and stored by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the website and extension are used, to improve the product.
• Referral data — if you arrive through an affiliate link, a referral identifier so commissions can be attributed.

2. How we use it

• To create and secure your account and sign you in.
• To provide your subscription, process payments and manage billing through Stripe.
• To sync your login to the Listley browser extension.
• To operate, maintain and improve our features and support.

3. Cookies

We use cookies and similar local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (such as theme), measure aggregate usage, and attribute affiliate referrals. Essential cookies are required for login and checkout to work. You can clear cookies in your browser settings, but some features may stop working.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers that run Listley — Supabase (authentication & database), Stripe (payments) and FirstPromoter (affiliate attribution) — each acting on our behalf, strictly to deliver the service, and with authorities where legally required.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and subscription data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time; some records may be retained where required for legal, tax or fraud-prevention purposes.

7. Not affiliated with Depop

Listley is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Depop. Your use of Depop remains governed by Depop's own terms and privacy policy.
